  I called Saturday morning 5/27/2017 to make an appointment to get my Ends Trimmed The lady answered the Phone I greeted her with 'Good Morning' , silence she said nothing in return , so I proceeded to ask how much a trim would be and she VERY quickly cut me off and said ' I have no openings today' and then hung up on me, I wasn't even given the opportunity to make an appointment for when she DID have a opening. To me that was extremely rude and disrespectful and I decided after the fact I wouldn't want to take my business to someone that treated me like that anyways. I couldn't believe a business owner that wants business at her salon would treat a new customer in such manner .
